No mat necessary!
As you sit at your desk, typing away, do these few simple steps to relieve stress (unless you're my father who totally killed his back yesterday...).
(1) Inhale threw the nose as you stretch your arms above the head and your legs forward towards the back of your desk. Be sure to point the toes and think of happy thoughts like cotton candy and purple teddy bears.
(2) Exhale through the mouth as you slowly lower your hands to your side and bring your legs back to your regular sitting position. The thoughts of purple teddy bears have probably turned back to the dismal office that you now find yourself in... but don't dispair! Those teddy bears are only an "office yoga" stretch away!
